The name of the wind (The King killer chronicle: Day one) its a epic fantasy novel written by the american author Patrick Rothfuss, it is the first book of in a series called "The King killer Chronicle, and followed by  "The Wise Man's Fear". It was published On March 27, 2007 by DAW Books, and it's my favourite book and tells the amazing history of krovthe, a beautiful history that i fell in love from the synopsis to the final point. 

Synopsis that says: 

" in a inn in no man's land, a man prepares to tell, for the first time, the true story of his life, A story that only he knows and that has been diluted by the rumours, conjectures and tavern stories that made him a legendary character who was all considered dead: krovthe...musician, beggar, thief, student, magician, hero and murderer."

a story in pure medieval style, with magic, dragons, mercenaries, demons and stories that should never be told. Transporting fully to his word, making you easily fond of his characters and with the world itself, while curiosity drives you to keep reading while he teaching you a completely new world, the foundation of magic, its fauna and its characteristics and its legends.
